  • All directions — Every call
  • Inbound — Calls that came in from outside
  • Outbound — Calls that went out to phone numbers
  • Internal — Calls between extensions inside your organization

View call journey

Click on any call row to expand it and see the Call Journey — a step-by-step timeline of what happened during the call:
  • When the call started
  • Which queue it entered (if any)
  • When it was answered and by whom
  • Any transfers that happened
  • When the call ended
Each step shows the time, action name, and duration. This is helpful for understanding exactly how a call was handled.

Pagination

The history shows 20 calls per page. Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom to navigate between pages. The current page number is shown between the buttons.
