The Mini CRM is a lightweight customer relationship management module built right into Astradial. It helps you keep track of who you are talking to and what deals are in progress.

Three core entities

EntityWhat it tracksExample
Clients (Companies)Organizations you work with”Acme Corporation”
Leads (Contacts)Individual people and sales prospects”John Doe, Sales Manager at Acme”
DealsSales opportunities with monetary values”Enterprise Plan — INR 50,000”

How they connect

Company (Client)
├── Contacts (Leads) — people at this company
├── Deals — sales opportunities with this company
└── Activities — notes, calls, emails, meetings
A company can have multiple contacts and multiple deals. Each deal can be linked to both a company and a specific contact. Activities (like notes and call records) can be attached to any entity.

Key features

  • Kanban pipeline view — Drag-and-drop cards through stages (New → Contacted → Qualified → Won)
  • List view — Traditional table with sorting and search
  • Custom fields — Add your own fields (text, number, date, dropdown, etc.)
  • Custom pipelines — Change the stages in your lead and deal pipelines
  • Team assignment — Assign companies, leads, and deals to specific team members
  • Activity tracking — Log notes, calls, emails, meetings, and tasks
