The DND (Do Not Disturb) list prevents specific phone numbers from being contacted by your campaigns and automation flows.
Viewing the DND list
The table displays all blocked numbers with:

Adding a number
Click Add DND
Click the Add DND button in the top right.
Enter the phone number
Type the phone number to block in the dialog.
Confirm
Click Add to add the number to both your personal and the global DND registry.
Removing a number
Click the trash icon on any row to remove the number from your personal DND list.
Numbers added to the DND list are registered in both a global registry (shared across all users) and your personal list. Removing a number only affects your personal list.
Ensure your DND list is up to date to comply with Do Not Call regulations. The system checks this list before initiating any outbound calls or messages.
