Flows
A flow is a 7-day schedule of automated tasks. Each day can have one or more tasks that execute at configured times.- Create flow — click the add button and name your flow
- Select flow — use the dropdown to switch between flows
- Enable/Disable — use the master toggle to activate or pause a flow
- Delete flow — remove a flow with confirmation
Task types
Add tasks to any day in the flow by selecting a task type:| Task type | Description |

| AI call | Call the lead using a selected voice bot (Astra GenAI, Astra Lite, or Astra Transcribe) |
| Send a WhatsApp template message | |
| Agent call | Transfer to a human agent with a specified caller ID |
| Quick WhatsApp | Send a WhatsApp message with up to 7 dynamic body fields |
Configuring tasks
Each task requires:- Time of execution — when during the day the task runs
- Purpose — a description of the task’s intent

Select the bot type and specific bot to use for the call.Agent call

Define up to 7 body fields. Each field can reference CRM data (phone number, email, custom fields) for personalization.Scheduling
Tasks can be scheduled in two ways:- Time-only — executes at a specific time on the assigned day
- Fixed datetime — executes at a specific date and time (configured via the edit day option)
Flow triggers
Flows can be triggered by:- Registration — when a lead is first created
- Event — on a specific date
- Before/After — relative to an event date
