Bot list
The main screen shows all your Astra Lite bots. Each entry displays:- Bot name
- Telephony provider (Smartflo or Exotel)
- Agent intercom number
- Language and trigger words
Creating a bot
Set bot details
Provide a bot name, select your telephony provider (Smartflo or Exotel), and choose the transcription language.
Configure call behavior
Set the agent intercom number for call transfers. Define trigger words (comma-separated) that the bot listens for after playing audio.
Tune detection settings
- Max words (1–10, default 3) — ignores utterances longer than this to prevent false triggers
- Listening window (3–30 seconds, default 8) — how long the bot listens after audio finishes
- Transfer on timeout — transfer to an agent or disconnect when listening times out
Supported languages
Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Urdu.Managing audio
Each bot requires an audio file that plays during the call. From the bot’s menu:- Upload audio — select a file (MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A, AAC, WMA, WebM, AMR)
- Play audio — preview the uploaded recording
- Delete audio — remove the audio file
Testing
Select Test Bot from the menu to open a voice tester. This connects via WebSocket to simulate a live interaction.Bot actions
