Call logs is where you manage your leads and call history. View detailed records, play back recordings, tag calls, initiate outbound calls, and export data as CSV.

Viewing call logs

The main table displays your call history with the following columns:
ColumnDescription
DurationCall length in seconds, with a play button for recordings
ContactPhone number with copy-to-clipboard action
CountNumber of calls with this contact
TagsColor-coded tag pills assigned to the call
Last contactTimestamp of the most recent interaction
SourceWhere the lead originated (website, call, ad, etc.)
On mobile, columns are reduced to Duration, Contact, and Source for a cleaner layout.

Filtering

Filters help you narrow down your call data.
1

Select a date range

Click the date field to open the calendar picker. Select a start and end date. All other filters are disabled until a date range is set.
2

Search by phone number

Type a phone number in the search field. Results filter in real time.
3

Filter by tags

Start typing a tag name in the autocomplete field. Select one or more tags — calls must match all selected tags.
4

Filter by source

Type a source name to filter by lead origin.
When a date range is set, all matching records are fetched at once. Without a date range, records load 25 at a time with infinite scroll.

Managing tags

Click Manage Tags to open the tag manager where you can:
  • Add new tags
  • Delete existing tags
  • View all available tags
Tags are color-coded automatically using a 12-color palette for visual distinction.

Initiating calls

Click Initiate Call to start an outbound call. You need to provide:
  • Agent number — the agent’s phone number (minimum 10 digits)
  • Destination number — the number to call (minimum 10 digits)
  • Caller ID — select from your available caller IDs
You can also save frequently used agent numbers for quick reuse.
Click the call icon on any row in the table to quickly initiate a call to that contact with pre-filled details.

Call modes

ExotelRoutes through Exotel with API credentials

Playing recordings

Click the play icon in the duration column to open the audio player. Exotel recordings are authenticated automatically using your stored API credentials.

Exporting data

Click Download CSV to export filtered call data. The export includes: Duration, Contact, Count, Tags, Last Contact, Source, and Type. All active filters are applied before export.
If you see a “failed-precondition” error during export, a Firestore composite index may need to be created. Copy the provided URL and share it with your admin.
