Viewing call logs
The main table displays your call history with the following columns:| Column | Description |

| Duration | Call length in seconds, with a play button for recordings |
| Contact | Phone number with copy-to-clipboard action |
| Count | Number of calls with this contact |
| Tags | Color-coded tag pills assigned to the call |
| Last contact | Timestamp of the most recent interaction |
| Source | Where the lead originated (website, call, ad, etc.) |
On mobile, columns are reduced to Duration, Contact, and Source for a cleaner layout.
Filtering
Filters help you narrow down your call data.Select a date range
Click the date field to open the calendar picker. Select a start and end date. All other filters are disabled until a date range is set.
Filter by tags
Start typing a tag name in the autocomplete field. Select one or more tags — calls must match all selected tags.
When a date range is set, all matching records are fetched at once. Without a date range, records load 25 at a time with infinite scroll.
Managing tags
Click Manage Tags to open the tag manager where you can:- Add new tags
- Delete existing tags
- View all available tags
Initiating calls
Click Initiate Call to start an outbound call. You need to provide:- Agent number — the agent’s phone number (minimum 10 digits)
- Destination number — the number to call (minimum 10 digits)
- Caller ID — select from your available caller IDs
Call modes

| Smartflo | Routes through Smartflo with a custom caller ID |
| Exotel | Routes through Exotel with API credentials |
