Enter credentials
Provide your Zoho Client ID, API credentials, and domain name in the connection tab.
Automations
Once connected, configure three types of automations:Holiday and special day wishes
Schedule automated messages for holidays and special occasions.- Set the holiday name and date
- Select communication channels (WhatsApp and/or Voice)
- Choose a WhatsApp template or voice bot for each channel
Pipeline deal reminders
Trigger messages when deals reach a specific stage in your pipeline.- Enter the deal stage name (must match your Zoho pipeline exactly)
- Enable or disable the automation
- Select channels and templates
Monthly campaigns
Run recurring outreach on a specific day each month.- Pick the day of month (1–28)
- Enable or disable the automation
- Select channels and templates
