The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your call center performance. View key metrics, daily call volume charts, and team announcements from a single screen.

Metrics

Four metric cards are displayed at the top:

Total callsAggregate call volume across all channels
Avg durationAverage call duration in seconds
Success ratePercentage of calls that connected
App versionCurrent platform version and build number

Period selection

Toggle between This week and This month to change the time range for all displayed metrics.

Charts and tags

  • Daily call volume — a bar chart showing call counts for the last 7 days
  • Tag breakdown — a list of tags with their counts for the selected period

Refreshing data

Click the refresh button in the header to trigger a manual data refresh. This calls a backend function to recalculate your metrics.
Metrics update in real time via Firestore streams. Use the refresh button only if you need to force a recalculation.

Announcements

The dashboard displays up to 5 active announcements. Each announcement has a type indicator:

Only admin users can create and delete announcements. Deleted announcements are soft-deleted and no longer appear in the list.
